Jan Feuerhake is a member of the Practice Area IT & Telecoms. The focus of his practice is on IT contractual law, data protection law, software licensing, e-commerce and gambling law. Jan studied law in Freiburg and Münster. In 2013 he earned his master’s degree (LL.M.) in Global Business Law from the LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. He joined Taylor Wessing as a lawyer in 2014. Jan is writing a doctoral thesis on the right to inspection with regards to software.
